AGREEMENT

                                           REGARDING CONTRIBUTION OF FUNDS

_________________________________________________________ presented by ______________________________, hereinafter referred to as " BENEFACTOR" on the one part and Association of nonprofit organizations of individual spiritual development “International Christian Inter-confessional movement of the XXI century” herein referred to as “CONTRIBUTION RECIPIENT” presented by the President of the Association Meleshchuk Viktor acting on the basis of Articles of Association on the other part have concluded the Agreement as follows:

    1. BENEFACTOR shall transfer the Association of nonprofit organizations of individual spiritual development “International Christian Inter-confessional movement of the XXI century (Registered by Department of Justice of the Russian Federation in Moscow in March 2, 2009; Certificate # 1097799003994 dated by March 4, 2009)according to Article 582 of the Civil Code of the RF a contribution in the amount of ______________________ (can be in USD, EURO, RUB), required for performance of joint projects.

    2. These contributed funds shall be received by the CONTRIBUTION RECIPIENT for using in joint projects for mutually useful purposes and shall be aimed exclusively at development of the Charter activity.

    3. According to Clause 6 of Article 582 of The RF Civil Code the BENEFACTOR shall not have the right to cancel his contribution.

    4. Contributed funds shall be entered in the books of the Association of nonprofit organizations of individual spiritual development “International Christian Inter-confessional movement of the XXI century’ and the BENEFACTOR (in case of cash funds) shall be issued a ticket of paying-in cash slip.

    5. Since the date of payment the contributed funds the Association shall have a possessory right.

    6. All disputes and differences which may arise out of the present Agreement or in connection therewith are to be settled by means of negotiations basing on acting legislation.

    7. As for the items not specified by the present Agreement, the Parties shall follow the Russian Federation legislation in rule.

    8. This Agreement shall come into effect upon signature it by the parties and shall be valid up to "______" ______________ 20____ .
   

9. This document is settled in two copies having an equal legal right, one copy for each party.
